I completed an initial phone interview with an HR Rep. One week later, I did a panel interview via Zoom with the department director, hiring manager, and three members of the team. The panel interview lasted about an hour.

The phone and virtual video interview processes were both very thorough. The experiences felt very collaborative as opposed to intimidating. Decent communication and follow-up after a few days but then dropped off.
