Colloquio
I was approached by their recruiter and we did a brief phone interview. Questions were basic. Was asked why I was interested in RW and what differentiates RW from other agencies etc...
Then I was invited to a panel interview with 3 managers. Again, questions were easily predictable, not difficult at all. I was given 20 minutes with 1 manager, for a total of 60 minutes. Later I received a call from the recruiter, that I passed the second round and would move to a series of role plays.
Role play interview consisted of 3 sections, 1. sales call role play 2. name collecting role play 3. client meeting role play, in which you have to show that you are a good communicator, and you are OK with making cold calls.
Then I was invited a F2F interview with a couple of directors. Again, fairly straightforward questions. They look at how 'money motivated' and 'money hungry' you are. They will look at your sales/recruitment background and will ask you questions relevant to your past experiences.

First interview was good. Interviewer was professional and informative. Second interview however was a bit off. It was with a Senior Recruiter. The interviewer was a few minutes late, spoke quickly as if in a hurry. Made a puzzled look everytime I answer as if I everything I said didn't make sense even though my answers still relate to the questions. Not sure if it's part of his recruitment tactic to test resilience/adaptability. Made a lot of statements as if to highlight my lack of compatibility to the job.
Professional process, I got to interview and received lots of insight about the industry, the benefits and challenges for the job from the hiring managers and the Country Manager. Everyone seems to be very decent, polite and thoughtful people.

What is your career trajectory for the next 5 years?
The interview process was good overall. I first had an interview with the HR department, followed by a second interview with the director of the department I applied for. I had good conversations with both of them, and their answers were very clear and honest when I asked questions. However, since I came from a different industry, I decided to return to my previous field instead of challenging myself with a completely new one
