Another pre-screening tool might be an initial phone call that you receive from the employer. It could be one of their Human Resources people wanting to ask you a series of questions that will help them determine if you are the kind job seeker they want to bring in for an interview. So be alert and on your best behaviour when your phone rings.

I applied to Robert Walters having had no prior experience in the field of recruitment.
David Myers-Williams was the internal recruiter that managed my process and was fantastic throughout.
At each stage of the process he guided me thoroughly and gave me all the tools I needed to succeed in each of the interviews.
He gained a full understanding of my character and prior workplace experience and made me feel confident and prepared for each interview.
If you're looking for a route into recruitment, I'd highly recommend David as your first port of call.
The interview Process was very smooth, and it took not more than two weeks to complete the entire process. Gone through HR and Manager level of interviews the onboarding team is very supportive and reachable.
