Positive. Quite a good chat on expectations. No oversell. The good thing is that they know what they can and cannot provide as an agency. Perhaps a little bit more clarity on the team structure would be ideal.
The interview was quick, it was an onsite interview. It had 3 stages of meetings, casual with the head, manager and senior consultant were technical. Focused on motivation and setting expectations regarding the role. It is a sales role more than a recruiter role.
