-HR interview, phone interview with some genetic questions
-Managing Direct interview, face to face and mostly behavior questions and some tests about problem solving skills
-HR Head from Corporate interview, just double confirm everything from prior interview and share some of clients relationship dealing experience from prior job.
The interview was quick, it was an onsite interview. It had 3 stages of meetings, casual with the head, manager and senior consultant were technical. Focused on motivation and setting expectations regarding the role. It is a sales role more than a recruiter role.
