I always check Glassdoor prior an interview to do my due diligence of the company and interview process for the role. It wasn't great when I looked at Robin AI due to the lack of professionalism throughout the process. The recruiter was great and actually communicated well but the problem arise when I had to create a pitch deck for the next interview with the hiring manager. We had to shift times around that day in which the recruiter was great and quick to get it rescheduled, it just seemed like the hiring manager had no interest in listening to what I was saying. When I asked to present my pitch deck, the hiring manager said they will schedule something the week after but that is when I was completely ghosted. I then got an email a week after saying they are moving to other candidates as it was disappointing but not shocking due to the reviews here. Always check and research the company beforehand!

Beware of this company. During the interview, it was very clear that the HR just interrogated me and wanted to dig up information about my current role and company. She didn't provide me any information about the company and the role and I was not given the chance to ask questions. She just called to use me as comparison. She asked about my KPI, salary, team structure. This is the most unprofessional interview and the worst interview experience I have had so far.
