The interviewers were hostile and quickly passed to final round, which was hostile again. just to ghost at the end.

I applied directly and a recruiter reached out and asked a few basic questions about my experience. A technical interview was scheduled and I was given 40 minutes to build an API endpoint with a search function in whatever language I am comfortable with.
