Steps
1. Was contact via email by their internal recruiter and he scheduled a phone screen. (30-45 min).
2. Recruiter scheduled phone interview with the Chief Operating Officer who the position would report to. (45-60 min).
3. The third round was with the Head of Customer Success and was over the phone as well. (45-60 min).
Personally I thought the interviews went well and never got any feeling otherwise. That showed me that they are most likely great people to work with.
A few days after my last phone interview, I was notified via email that they had decided not to move forward with my candidacy. I asked for feedback, but was told that their policy was not to give feedback. I was bummed about that because I am always on the lookout for feedback, positive or negative.
