Had a standard phone screen, moved on to the final round onsite. Recruiter asked for my availability to discuss the rest of the process, I sent it in, and she didn't respond until much later when she tried to contact me during one of those times. Totally unprofessional, if I extend the courtesy of sending my schedule in advance I shouldn't have to put all those times on hold because you can't give a two second response. She did the same thing again a week later, and I ended up withdrawing from the process.
