I applied to Robinhood for several positions online via their websites careers tab. Within two days I got an email from a recruiter about scheduling a phone interview with another recruiter for their office. Phone interview was super easy and the recruiter said he already wanted to move to the in person interview but there was a "written assessment". Which he summarized as no big deal and was super easy. So for the 'written assessment' they want you to write about shortcomings you find through their app or website, and correct grammar, spelling, and styling errors of this INCREDIBLY long email response. I spent about 2.5 hours completing the process, trying to provide an outside the box , unique response to their "shortcoming" prompt. Checked and double checked everything, had a friend check it for me as well. Confidently submitted knowing I portrayed product knowledge and enthusiasm for the platform. Two days later I got an email basically stating they're not moving on with me and couldn't tell me why "per company rules".. because feedback matters you know. Ironically I was interviewing for a major downgrade to my current role and knew it, but was willing to hear out the company during the next interview steps with regards to growth potential and verticality. More Ironically, that never happened as I'm left scratching my head wondering how all that effort and time into a basic help desk position was rejected. Completely baffled with no constructive criticism or insight as to why they stopped the process.
More of an open conversation with the recruiter explaining the job, the location, and the culture. Very laid back culture from what I could tell. The phone recruiter seemed cool and would have like to move on to the in-person with him and his team.

Pretty long process overall.
Received an e-mail after about two weeks to set up an interview in person, found out that was a mistake and it should have been a phone interview. It took another 2ish weeks to actually get that set up, but the phone interview was pretty standard for the recruiter (her name is Alix and she is awesome!) to go over my resume and get to know me a little better.
I was informed that I would be receiving a written assessment within two days and I had to complete it within three days of receiving it. It was an example customer support ticket and how you would edit the style (grammar, spelling, spacing) as well as fixing a current problem that Robinhood has.
About a week or so after that, I was informed that we were moving to do an on-site interview. This consisted of two interviews in person and two by videoconference. The interviewers were awesome and really easy to talk to and they really helped convey that Robinhood is just a place filled with good people who are nice and want to do their best. The video interviews had some technical difficulties, however they went pretty well but not quite as smoothly as the in person interviews.
After that, I heard back around another week later about setting up a final phone interview with the head of support at the office. His name is Jake and he is a fantastic leader and manager. We had a great conversation that was more of a get to know you talk than an interview imo.
After that, I was told I would hear back by Friday (this was on Monday) and I didn't hear anything which set me in panic mode. I recieved an email offer on Monday, but it looks like it was dated Friday. I was ecstatic that I got the job and immediately accepted! The only downside was not being able to put in a full two week notice at my prior job, however I wouldn't change anything about it.
interviews were between easy and average most of the time. A few questions caught me completely off guard.

What is your greatest career (or non-career) mistake so far and what have you learned from it? Talk about a time when you had to tell a customer no and how you handled it. Talk about a great customer experience that you've had. Why Robinhood?

I applied through their online job board and had an initial phone interview with a recruiter; an easy-going conversation covering my past work experiences, education, etc.
Next step was an on-site interview, I met with about 4-5 different employees who covered different areas.
