Terribly disorganized, biased process. Two interviewers asked questions off the cuff - which is a red flag. They didn't prepare for the interview and asked highly subjective, personal questions - arguably illegal - about childhood and upbringing.

Asked about personal life / childhood. Unstructured and two interviews at Robinhood team didn't seem prepared or invested in the interview although I was finalist candidate.
