It starts with a technical screen online, where you code alongside someone and uses desktop screen sharing.
After you pass that you're invited to an onsite at the company expense, which is a huge plus.
The people seem very friendly and it looks like a great work environment. The problem is you're locked into 5 hours straight of coding/problem solving and that's just stressful and very draining. I wish there were scheduled breaks, no one will ask for a break since it usually means the time is cut down. Second, if you get lunch at the facility, you kinda just want to eat and enjoy it, but you're still being questioned on personality, seems like the wrong time to do it since you only get a couple minutes to eat.
Seems like it'd be better if it was a longer session with breaks/food and the interviewers can come in for their time when they need to during the longer period.
The worst part, however, is the company does not get back to you if you are not chosen.
