Never sent the calendar invite. Super fast, had 3 30 minute interviews with current employees. One associate and two managers. The associate had been there 6 months and was great, other 2 were there for a month and 2 months. I find it hard to believe they could have a good representation of the company with being there such a short term and being work at home only since Corona. Didn’t ask a lot about skills or personal traits.
Pro: very friendly and quick response

Very conversational and laidback interview process. One recruiter screening call and then two half hour back to back final interviews with each panelist. Interviewers try their best to make you feel comfortable and talk to you like a peer.

Overall normal interviews. First one with Recruiter that took barely any time.. behavioral questions. Next was hour long interview with hiring manager and was more questions related to the job, so like how I deal with customers.
