Interviewed through Karat, the Karat interviewer was nice and the questions were straight forward. Questions were basically data structure related questions rather than algorithm questions though. Didn't actually end up talking to anybody who worked at Robinhood. Before the Karat interview, I had to use CodeSignal which I felt was actually harder than the Karat interview.

Online Assessment, followed by recruiter call, followed by a 1.5 hr technical and behavioral interview. 2 weeks between OA and call schedule. Call had to be scheduled 3 weeks out.

First step is completing the online assessment, then there's a quick screening with HR. If selected, the last round is a behavioural interview with a team manager and a technical interview consisting of a few medium difficulty coding problems.

Online assessment into phone screen. Had technical issues scheduling the interview. Lack of response for rescheduling interviews. Limited interview spots, next interview was over a month later. Seems like they add too many people to their pipeline at a time.
