First off, I appreciated how prepared the staff was to answer my questions about the position, and the staff was extremely enthusiastic. It was very nice to be able to interview with a team member currently in the role I applied for, instead of just a group of managers. Lastly since we are in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic, it is great to see how well Robinhood has adapted to working and hiring remotely.

Applied online, received a quick call from the recruiter within a week, and had the next round of interviews within days. Had some of the standard questions, but felt like a normal conversation overall.
