I went through a phone screening, a behavioral with a PM, and a case interview with them. Interviews were generally unstructured and were with people not on the team that I applied for. Interviewers were late on both occasions and one was clearly distracted since he was giggling and struggling so hard to hide it from the camera.
Also, although he agreed to take extra 15 mins for being late, when I did a time check at the scheduled end time, he just said "Oh, I need to drop off but you can email me" and left in haste.
It ruined the whole image for the company and its products if it's getting built by unprofessional individuals like that and why serious investors see RH as a joke.
4 days : 1. Recruiter 2. Product sense 3. Product execution and eng behavioral 4. One pager and tech depth.
You will get a chance to prepare with recruiter.
Not too tough. Prepare and ask clarification questions.
4 Rounds: intro, analytical, product sense, presentation to the whole team. Last round you have to present the project you are most proud of and break it down on how you contributed.
