Normal conversation on motivation, responsibilities, team structure, comp with HR. Very down to earth and pleasant. Second chat was with a Director level person from Finance & Strategy team. He was late almost 10min and was clearly doing other things while conducting the interview. Felt like a waste of time and didn't even want to continue interview process after.
