Fairly straight forward process. I had a great & passionate recruiter. Quite a consultancy-like vibe to the interview questions, which surprised me for a fintech. There were a lot of rounds, and candidates ultimately 'moved through the pipeline' faster than me, so I didn't make it past the first few.

My interview was very odd. The interviewer seemed completely disinterested in partaking in the interview and was strangely negative. Red flags right away. It turned me off immediately and it was just clear it wasn't a fit culturally.
