By far the worst on boarding and job recruiting process I’ve ever had. Prepare to make calls on your own for every step in the process because HR is so difficult to get ahold of and so bad at updating and communicating. Luckily I knew Vietnamese. I’ve had to call twice to touch base on the interview date, and then two weeks of no contact after a thank you email had to call to hear if there was an answer and they had none and could not give me an answer on when they would be able to get back to me. One week later I make another call and they still don’t have a decision made with no eta. Days later I get a rejection email then a week later I get a call for an offer for another position as a technician. I was excited because I wanted the job hunt to end so I cancelled my other interviews. 5 days later they give the offer and job description which was by far not what I was worth. I negotiated to be more fair wage but it was “non negotiable”. Not only will they put you off but they will not work with you. Definitely dodged a bullet by not accepting an offer here and I encourage others to avoid this organization as well.

Behavioral interview over teams with one manager. The process was about 30 mins long. Anne was fairly easy going and the interview was the only good part about the recruiting experience here.

I applied online & got contacted through email to set up a phone interview. After that, I got scheduled to meet with the recruiter onsite. That meeting was brief and she just filled out an application by hand about my experience/availability etc., very basic, not sure how they could tell the qualifications from that (kind of old school but to each their own). During that meeting, we discussed scheduling the next interview with the rest of the team and a potential date & time. The recruiter said she'd follow up with me that same day confirming the date/time once she discusses it with the hiring managers. I never got a confirmation, I followed up by emailing and then calling in days leading up to that potential date.. When I called, the receptionist said there was a note from the recruiter that she'll be busy for the entirety of the day and that she will "pass on the message" if it's urgent... No response... A few weeks later I got an email saying I was not selected for the position... very unprofessional & unorganized if you ask me...
