Very straightforward and up front about expectations. At least for a position in TA, they asked about skills and processes used in my last role as well as my expectations for my next workplace. They were very honest, and I personally asked a lot of questions about work life balance and the hobbies of the interviewers so as to gauge their honesty about the answers. Very transparent process.
