Got email from recruiter, regarding open position. After talking to recruiter, I dint get positive vibe. Like they don't want to hire but I am forcing them. I got interview invite and scheduled around 10 days after.
It was 1 hour interview. Interviewer spend 15 mins on experience and role. Then asked one question which I resolved in 20 min. Then he asked another question which I resolved in 14 mins and 1 min left for like - Do you have any question for me.
Interview said Good and I was very hopeful but next day got rejection email from recruiter. This is really shocking for me.Before interview, I read Glassdoor review regarding Roblox that recruitment process is little wired but now I went through it. Its just a time waste.

Sharing exact question is not a good idea but you search the questions on Leetcode tagged by Roblox. Its similar to basic calculator
Took an OA. Pretty difficult leetcode style questions and some games (Roblox games and psychology based games to determine personality traits). I did not get through the initial online assessment.

One standard hr phone call then one 60 min phone screen. Nothing out of the ordinary. Phone screen was done on codesignal where you could see code compile and run
Interview consisted of two leetcode style questions and two "games" that tested problem solving and optimization. Coding questions were of medium/hard difficulty. The games were difficult as the instructions given were terrible and unintuitive.
