The recruiter was very response to my application which I appreciated. I was able to set up a phone interview within a few days of applying. However, there is no flexibility within their hybrid work model. Mandatory on-site Tuesday through Thursday. My current work arrangement is fully remote, and pre-pandemic I had flexibility to determine my schedule given the nature of my work (dispersed team working in all time zones). The lack of flexibility was a red flag to me.
The interview process was structured and transparent. I met with several interviewers across a few rounds, covering both behavioral and problem-solving topics. Everyone was professional and took the time to explain the role and expectations clearly. Communication and scheduling were smooth throughout.

Was bit adhoc, possibly due to IPO but the recruiter was very professional. The interviewer were professionals but were unsure as JD was not opened.
I wish they had a JD, so they knew what they are looking for.
