Interview Process was a waste of time. I had two rounds of interview, first with the hiring manager herself, then another with the CEO and the Chief Product Officer. Then I received an email from the hiring manager letting me know the final step is to create a powerpoint showcasing a media strategy to run search ad campaigns. I provided the powerpoint, sent it, had a 15 minute call to present the slides and never heard back from her again. I was warned NOT to create or take on these projects even if It were part of the interview process because it is just the employer getting free labor out of these candidates, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and never again will I do that...I reached out about 2-3 times before realizing I provided them free work...
