Very negative experience, I was called for Research Analyst Interview. Timing was given sharp, 10:30am. Although, the process didn't started untill 12:00. Around 7-8 candidates were along with me. The first round was HR round with general questions, Second round was the Essay writing/Case study subjective test, and soon after that everyone in HR dept, went for lunch without even informing or asking candidates to have a break time, so the candidates were sitting since morning with low energy levels. By 3 pm Personal Interviews got started, with no doubt, all candidates along with me were highly disappointed, In my Interview, I was asked about Equity research questions, whereas I specifically mentioned that it is not my profile, The interviewer asked me to wait and said he will send the appropriate person to interview me. After 5 minutes HR came and asked me the she will get back in coming week and asked to leave. So whole day I was made waiting and eventually even Interview didn't happened. Later I got mail for HR that they are not looking looking for the profile I had. While talking to other candidates during break time, I got to know that everyone was confused, since Interview talking place of Equity analyst profile and candidates had secondary research profiles. Major blunder by the HR. Even the environment and vibes of office were very negative. No one would ever want to work in such a disorganised environment. Don't recommend to even go for Interview at this place. Save yourself from trauma
