It was a smooth and well planned process, and every thing was wrapped-up in 2-3 hours in the office.
2 rounds of interview, first with one of the Senior Managers, and second with the Associate Director. It was followed by what I would say as an interaction (not interview) with HR head.
Everyone seemed very open and accommodating, which reflected the company's culture.
Once shortlisted, final step was a detailed case study which was done from home.
Entire process from interview to offer took roughly 1 week.
