One on one interview followed by questioner and Skill test.
Once cleared all, there were 3 days of orientation to help understand the office functionality and process.
I wasn't satisfied with the process as I found it too lengthy for an interview. After wasting a week in this I declined the offer as I found it unsatisfactory.
