I was called by phone by a contracting agencia and after that Roche Quality Manager interviewed me.
The QA manager was friendly and the interview was good. He showed interest on my background and there were technical questions.

Simple, because they do not have a clue what is QA about. Just review the ISTQB vocabulary and they will be pleased. Nothing else to add here. I need to write 30 words of anything, but there is not much more to say. It was dead simple, they do not know any things about QA except counting test cases like mad testers.
