Round 1 - phone interview w boss of group. Technical questions and typical tell me about a time when... questions.
Round 2 - In person, all 1 on 1, each 30 min, met with 7 people including peers, boss, grand boss, and HR. Mostly technical questions about the work they do.
Round 3 - In person, all 1 on 1, met with 4 people, the VP of Chemistry, COO, HR, and another peer not at first in person interview.

I had a first screening interview right after I applied online. The interview was quite difficult with specific questions related to the position. The interview was 2 month ago and I haven't heard back since and haven't even received an automated rejection email either.

Applied via LinkedIn and heard back from HR after 2 weeks. Scheduled first virtual call with hiring manager after a week. Followed up with both HR and hiring manager after another week. Never heard back from HR for next step. It feels like they already have an internal candidate since the hiring manager wasn't even trying to make the first call as interview, more of casual chatting.
