first stage, headhunter called me to get more information, if OK, they will arrange for a second interview
second stage , interview face to face with Service Manager at Roche office. if you pass you will have a call from HR
Third stage, HR called me to get a deal about the salary
Got invited for a "solo" interview where i was expected to record myself responding to questions and send it to the hiring manager. Felt very off & did not proceed with it.

Got the job. Very friendly and nice team. two interviews 1 with people and culture , 1 with the managers. you need to prepare the presentation well,and some compentecy questions.
Very well organised, nice people created trust and good atmosphere
. Info about the company and the role was very clear.
Possibility to ask many questions, and visit the building and showroom.
