Very nice and polite atmosphere. One person interviewing face-to-face and two other persons on the WebEx call. Questions regarding current employment, review of past projects, skills. Some questions regarding tools, allowing me to confirm my knowledge. Also questions about my familiarity of Roche, the processes they are involved. No skill, personality tests or puzzles.

Questions regarding ITIL, questions regarding tuning of SQL queries (indexes, query plans). Not the hardest questions, but ones has to be familiar with these subjects.
