3 interviews. Telephone IV1, Technical knowledge formal 1:2 IV2 and Social personal formal IV3. Be prepared to look at schematics etc for engineering type jobs at IV2. If you are already an engineer you should find this easy. Keep it simple and honest. IV3 is more based on you as an individual and how you will fit in with the team. Good luck and if you join the company you won't look back.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Very laid back but formal.
Got invited for a "solo" interview where i was expected to record myself responding to questions and send it to the hiring manager. Felt very off & did not proceed with it.

Got the job. Very friendly and nice team. two interviews 1 with people and culture , 1 with the managers. you need to prepare the presentation well,and some compentecy questions.
Very well organised, nice people created trust and good atmosphere
. Info about the company and the role was very clear.
Possibility to ask many questions, and visit the building and showroom.
