First there will an online screening interview which lasts for about 30 minutes. The final stage interview takes place at the office. It has three parts, assessing motivation, technical skills and culture, each spans for 1 hour. You will have a chance for an office tour after the final interview.

The interview was smooth and professional by both HR and interviewers. 3 rounds of interviews which are HR call, technical with senior data scientist live coding, and hiring manager interview.

The interview went pretty well. The interviewers were friendly and posed insightful questions about the tech expertise they were looking for. The inly thing is that I don't think they incorporated Claude or other AI tools in their code production.
