Internship only required 1 interview, but I have heard that many other full time positions may require up to 5 rounds of interviews in order to hear about a potential offer. Rest of the process was very slow and time consuming with Human Resources to complete paper work inorder to get onboarded on to company

Started with the usual walk me through your resume and there were 2 interviewers. Since this was an internal interview, they asked about current role and touched on how I handled difficult stakeholders. How did I improve processes; how did I manage sudden changes in the study etc.
