I went through two rounds of interviews, with each session lasting about 45 minutes. The questions were primarily behavioral, focusing on my previous experiences and how I handle various work situations. Additionally, there were several questions related to Roche, where the interviewers asked for detailed responses about my knowledge of the company, its operations, and how I could potentially contribute to their objectives.
It was a one way video assessment. I was given 90 second prep time and 2 retries. Overall i was asked 5 questions regarding my personal qualities and what i understood about the role.
HR interviewed, asked about very general questions (why Roche, why this role, my previous experiences), moved to the next round with hiring manager. Got a little more technical and asked my previous experiences a bit more
