Assessment centre Was a long day but they made everyone feel welcome. We had to do a group presentation, as well as an interview in front of a panel, where they asked a few competency-based questions. It was definitely more about getting to know you and your motivations, as well as how you worked in a group, rather than technical knowledge. Only bad thing I would say is the questions they asked were very niche and so unless you had a specific example it was quite tricky to answer concisely.
