They conducted the phone interview. After clearing that they set up phone conference interview which is pure technical. It is not that much difficult. I did well.After that they called me for on site interview in the detroit. 4 people interviewed me. They asked me to write the code for the problem. Then they asked to write the test. which consists of programming questions.

The process was very streamlined and consisted four rounds including online Coding tests.
1. Phone Interview with HR
2. Two Online HackerRank coding test
3. Technical Interview (2 People on the phone)
4. Onsite Interview (Group of 4 interviewers)
First was a general discussion with the recruiter and then I was asked to do an Online Coding test.
This was follwed with a technical and onsite interview.

3. Technical Telephonic Interview (moderate interview with 2 people on the phone)
4. Onsite Personal interview (panel of 4 people)(can be more than 4 )
Interview panel and the HR recruiter are very friendly and are ready to answer all your questions. Typically tells the result in a week time.

I applied online. Got a call from a recruiter after 2 weeks. I had a phone interview the next day. Mostly behavioral questions. It was for 30 minutes. Then at the end, he told he will provide me with me an update in 3-5 business days. I got a call from him after 3 days saying that are moving forward with other candidates. I was not told the reason or not giving any feedback regarding the review process. Very disappointing. I was asked if I require visa sponsorship either now or in future. I answered them that I need sponsorship for extension process in future. I am assuming that is one of the reason for rejection as I was not given any.
