Interview with a manager and two BI team members. ALmost no HR questions, some basic business analysis questions, basic database (design a databse schema), sql(join) and python knowledge questions. I had to try and design database structure for an online shop where clients place orders, each client can place multiple orders, for multiple items.

without any interview, they send a task including questions regarding sql and python. It was pretty easy, I send back they said they liked my task but they slowed down recruitment process. I have no idea what it is but stealing candidates time is not cool.
