Applied online, followed by an initial screening interview discussing my background, technical interests, and motivation for joining Rocket Lab. The process then moved into a technical interview focused on engineering fundamentals, problem-solving, teamwork, and hands-on project experience relevant to ground systems engineering. Interviewers were professional and conversational, with opportunities to ask questions about the role, team culture, and internship projects.
