After applying online I received an email requesting my availability for a phone call. Recruiter called me during a time that I had I specifically told them I was not available. Many follow-up emails were either not received or acknowledged. Following the phone screen I was asked to fill out a form containing the exact questions I was asked over the phone. I was told that a hiring manager would reach out within a week. I received no such correspondence.
Had a good first two rounds (HR and hiring manager chats). Was advised I moved onto the technical round. Had to follow up a few weeks later to even receive the task. Task was enormous, I still submitted it. Radio silence for two months and then a generic rejection.

The interview process was structured and professional, consisting of technical discussions and problem-solving questions relevant to software engineering. The interviewer was polite and knowledgeable. However, the feedback after rejection was limited, which made it difficult to understand the specific areas for improvement despite strong preparation.

First interview, recruiter, 2nd with the respective team, 3rd step test assessment (fairly easy), last step on-site interview. Interviews tend to be laid back and fairly chill some technicalities discussed in 2nd and 3rd interview but nothing trying to catch you.
