The first interview is with an HR manager to ensure that I was a good fit based on my background. The second interview was a technical interview to understand how my background meets the criteria listed for the TPM role. The second interview was with the Chief Engineer and VP of Space Systems. The interview process took about a month from initial contact to getting my offer.
