Applied online, then I got a phone call from a recruiter. Asked me about Ohm's law, some basic electricity and circuit design questions. Moved forward to a technical take-home assessment. It was 3 questions about transistors, resistors, power calcs etc. Moved forward to a video call with a senior engineer and the manager. Final stage was a take home circuit design project and they flew me out to give a presentation on site.
