Remote interview. They requested I keep my camera on the whole time which was a bit annoying. The job seemed a bit boring to be honest. I didn't get an offer in the end.

I was approached by a RocketLab recruiter ( I did not seek them out ) , Had a half hour interview with her, then was fast tracked to have a meeting with a snr software engineer a week later.
Received an email the next day that they want to proceed forward, and sent me a take home test do .. I did it over the weekend and sent it on Sunday..
Then nothing.. Very disappointing. No review of test, no "thank you but no" reply, no "we will get back to you"
2 weeks later after that, I sent a follow up email to the recruiter asking "what is the status" and 2 weeks on, no reply.. a bit disappointed with the process to be honest

A reasonable process, involving some interesting expectations and taskings to progress forward. definitely an interesting organisation. The next steps forward and outcomes were discussed in the room. Excited by the opportunity.
