The interview process was very long and they take lots of days to review the feedback and get back to us, I felt the hr should get back to us in shorter span and I had a very bad experience, since I cleared the 1 st round which was basic level of screening and then second round was to complete assesment and review happens for the same with technical lead and then 3rd round was with CPO which is also a advanced level of screening about my previous experience and then waited for 4 days and then HR ghosted me and then after multiple calls , I was told by the HR that they have released the offer for other candidate who did better than me in the assessment.
Suggestion: you cannot expect an outsider to test your product in and out, always there should be an assesment to analyse if the candidate is potential to take up this job, the assesment should be improved.
