Drawn-out and non-communicative. They kept saying they would be in touch (with an offer letter) by a specific date, but 7 days later I followed up only to be told they moved forward with another candidate. In truth, I wish they had just been upfront and transparent about my candidacy, since they strung me along for three weeks+. I'm incredibly disappointed in the Roedel Team at Hilton Garden Inn in Canton, MA. They knew I had two other offers on the table and implied that I should wait for them. They were extremely careful with their wording, but the offer was absolutely implied. It was a dirty trick.
