Overall it was a lengthy but easy process. I applied through a job site and had a phone interview with some basic screening questions and was offered an in-person interview date. The first part of the interview was with the team leads, and, the second part was with the reporting manager. Most of the questions were pretty basic about client service and account management. Asked about my computer skills, business knowledge, and ability to communicate with people.
