It was short and annoying, mostly online. They asked about my hours twice, with one question telling me 20 hours would be necessary and the other saying 40, which is a pretty big gap. Not sure if I wanna work here if the COMMUNICATIONS company has a badly designed website.

short interview, asked about experience in sales and some situations that could be occurring during the job. you first drop your CV on their Career website and if you get selected you get to do a phone call with HR which bring you to a 15 minutes interview with the manager of the store that you will be working for.

Standardized, there are two round, one with store manager, the other with hiring manager. Asked about behavioral questions and if you have experience to handle sales target. And asked lots of team work questions, like describe a time you need to tell your colleagues a decision that he/she might feel unhappy about.
