The overall experience was positive, open, and people focused. Scenario based questions, sharing an example of what you would encounter and questioning how you would handle it. EQ type questions combined with people leadership skills. Multiple rounds, liked that they involved peers in the process to gain their perspective and get those buy ins.

There were three rounds of interviews, first with TA, then HM and final with Director for the department.
Everything took place in less than a month. I started a month later.

It was an efficient interview process, and really enjoyed meeting the team! I was invited back to meet everyone in person in the offices which are very nice! Thanks to the TA team.
