The entire interview process took 3-4 weeks consisting of extensive and thorough discussions including: 1) executive interviews (co-founders, CEO), 2) team interviews, 3) individual interviews, 4) executive charter, 5) case study. HR lead was a great asset to coach me through each segment of the interview process.
