Slow, poor communication, very easy.
The slowest process to organise an interview I've ever experienced in ten years.
One interviewer failed to turn up the other wasn't sure what role I had applied for.
The interview was nice but also incredibly easy because all the technical questions were a conversation where the interviewer gave their own thoughts, which was nice but not really a way of finding out what I knew.
I passed that round, was asked for my availability for the next round of interviews.
I replied with my availability and then haven't heard anything for over a month.
Needless to say I've accepted and started another role.

The first stage of the interview involved doing a question from their main site, it based on 30 software engineering questions. If you were successful you then moved on to the next stage

First interview then did a dissapearing act for two weeks then sprung a second at short notice then moaned that i didn't have technical depth. Noddy outfit. Very bad recruitment process.
