I was invited to complete two assessments. One is a math assessment that’s probability and financial maths based. The other is just a time pressured critical reasoning test. In total it took me 1.5hours to complete. I took time off to prepare and time off to seat the assessment but the company ghosted me after the assessment. No confirmation of whether I passed or not. Just silence until I sent a follow up email two weeks later and they messaged the agency back literally within the hour to say I had not passed. Treat your candidates with dignity and respect. People take time out of their lives to go through your application process.

It was a challenging process which consequently increased my interest in a career at RCM. This was largely due to 2 main factors. Firstly, the tests, which I enjoyed. They encouraged me that I would be working with smart people which would lead to a successful organisation and a dynamic work environment. Secondly, the people I met were interesting, knowledgeable and clearly enthusiastic about RCM; backing up the impression from the tests.
One improvement point on the process would be the need to come in so many times. If the process was coordinated better, several single interviews could have been incorporated (and be done back to back) so that there didn't have to be so many visits. I am sure this would make things more efficient for both the candidate and the firm and reduce lead times on hiring.
